CNC Lathes

The CNC lathe is one of the most commonly used CNC machine tools for metal cutting, turning or drilling with a rotating action. There are various models, specifications and configurations of CNC lathes with flatbed or inclined beds to satisfy your specific needs. Our CNC lathes feature top quality, high precision, a large processing range and suitability for various options. 

The general capacities of our automated machines are as follows:

  • Maximum diameter 700 mm
  • Maximum length 3000 mm
  • Maximum spindle bore 100mm

CNC Machine Centre

Commonly used for metal part processing and light and medium milling work. This equipment has good vibration absorption, a lower thermal expansion coefficient, and a lower thermal conductivity coefficient. 

The general capacities of our automated machines are:

  • Maximum mark piece (WxHxD)  1000 x 560 x 460 mm

OKUMA Multus U4000-2SW

The OKUMA Multus U4000-2SW is a high-tech multi-functional machine, designed to reduce set-up time by virtually eliminating repetitive fixturing, improving accuracy and reducing non-cutting time to a minimum. Thermal-Friendly Construction assures high accuracy, even in the most complex applications. The 2SW version incorporates 2 turrets and a sub-spindle for rapid material removal and is designed to hand the part from one spindle to the other to complete milling and turning operations, increasing efficiency and reducing lead times.

The OKUMA Multus U3000-1SW is a multi-functional machine equipped with all the latest technology and bolstered with the addition of a flexible robot system. A magazine stacked full of tooling, twin spindles and in-process gauging makes this the ultimate production machine while maintaining our high precision standards.

The OKUMA Multus B400-W is a general-purpose multi-functional machine, designed to reduce set-up time by virtually eliminating repetitive fixturing, improving accuracy and reducing non-cutting time to a minimum. Thermal-Friendly Construction assures high accuracy, even in the most complex applications. The W version incorporates a sub-spindle and is designed to hand the part from one spindle to the other to complete milling and turning operations without changing the part.

OKUMA LB4000-EX

A mid-sized lathe equipped with milling and y-axis function. A robust machine ideal for ripping off material whether for turning, milling, drilling or tapping in one setup but also delicate enough to hold fine tolerances. Its production capabilities are boosted with the addition of a robot cell that can be changed in a matter of minutes, reducing lead times and improving efficiency.

OKUMA Genos L3000-E MY

OKUMA Space Turn LB300

The OKUMA LB300 is an advanced 2-axis lathe, offering speed, accuracy and power. The powerful spindle and drive motor with a fast-indexing NC turret means high productivity for fast and heavy-duty turning. The acceleration of the lathe is 0,6 G, with a very fast start in the axles X-Z, by means of servo control of high precision. 

OKUMA Space Turn LB300 with Bar Feeder

The OKUMA Space Turn offers:

  • High torque m spindle – for better multitasking speed
  • High-speed feeds & indexing - for increased productivity
  • Rigid slant-box bed construction – for accuracy even during heavy cutting

Our second OKUMA LB300 incorporates a bar feeder for greater flexibility, high efficiency and reduced lead times.

Alpha Harrison 550 plus

The Alpha Harrison 550 can handle bars lengths of up to 6m under Ø101 and 3m for larger diameters. A programmable NC ideal for shafts and pipes, complete with steadies, both traveling and fixed and a rigid tailstock.

FANUC ROBOCUT α-600iB

The FANUC ROBOCUT α-600iB is a precise AI Wire-cut Electric Discharge Machine. It creates electric erosion machining on workpieces with dimensions (L x W x H) 820 x 730 x 400mm and a maximum weight of 1000 kg. Powered with quick keyway programming and CAD-to-program integration for reduced setup times and accuracy within microns.

OKUMA MB56

A high-quality, high-rigidity vertical machining centre. Our MB56 can handle anything from light aluminium machining to medium/heavy castings. The MB56 has excellent cutting performance and a high level of accuracy and reliability also equipped with capabilities of 3D machining. 

The MB-V series sets the bar for efficiency, utility, and high speed. It sits amongst the fastest in the industry. Impressive thermal stability and zero table overhang allow for tight tolerance and extreme accuracy.
